Al Raed was founded to deliver projects through a hands-on, integrated approach. Our structural, MEP and civil teams work together throughout construction, ensuring that the people responsible for each discipline remain directly involved in its execution on site — from the first works through to final handover.

Licensing and standards
Registered as an engineering contractor in the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon. Our projects are executed in accordance with local authority codes and requirements, alongside BS, ACI, and ASHRAE standards, as required by each project.

Designed to be built
A drawing that cannot be delivered within the tendered price is not a successful project plan. We assess constructability, cost, and execution requirements before construction begins — not after work starts on site.
No surprises late
Risks, cost drivers and approval dependencies are raised when they are cheap to fix — at concept stage, in writing.
Same team, start to finish
The people who won the work are the people who do it. Handovers between internal teams are the most common source of lost intent, so we avoid them.
